The Ultimate Year Reset: Make 2024 Your Year

We are welcoming 2024 with open arms and new opportunities! This year is starting with positive intentions that will be implemented for the months ahead. We encourage you to grab a blank sheet of paper or a journal and reflect on what you enjoyed and disliked for the year 2023. Be honest with yourself only you know what happened in 2023, be truthful with your feelings.

 

Here are some reflection journal prompts you can start with! 

  • What is something that has changed in my life since January 1, 2023?
  • What am I grateful for?
  • Things that I am proud of?
  • What were some challenges that I experienced?
  • What were my learning lessons for 2023?
  • What do I want to change for the new year?

 

Take your time to reflect on your year! Take 10 minutes to meditate on your thoughts and feelings. This reflection is going to allow you to start the year with a clean slate.

 

Now for the ultimate year reset

Declutter

Get rid of everything that is no longer aligned with your purpose and present self (physically and mentally). By decluttering we are allowing positive energy to flow in our life with new opportunities and transformation.

 

Vision Boards

Start the year by setting clear intentions and goals! Remember no goal is hard to reach you just need to work a little extra hard to get to your destination, time is just a number focus on the goal not the time! Ask yourself “What is something that I want to achieve for the new year?” You can either create a list with all your goals or create a vision board with all of your inspirations and aspirations! A vision board can be your roadmap for the year ahead as it allows you to stay focused, empowered, and motivated to turn all your dreams into a reality!

Self Care

It is always crucial to make time for some self renewal! In the world of creative fields, entrepreneurship, and hustling, self-care is now seen as a necessity. Not making time for your daily self-care can make drastic impacts on your your goals, work, and health. Making self-care your priority creates fuel within us to be more creatively open and productive! Take some time from your day to put on a facemask, journal, meditate, reading a book, or even go for a walk! It is time to put yourself FIRST!
