Have you ever wondered what it’s like stepping into the shoes of your higher self! Or how to become the woman you have always envisioned yourself to be? Don’t worry, here at The Relatable we’ve got your back! The girlies always stick together and support one another to become our best selves.

Below we are going to list 5 crucial steps to become HER.

 

Showing up for yourself EVERYDAY

Showing up for yourself means that you are prioritizing your mental health, physical and emotional health, as well as prioritizing your goals!  Once you learn to trust yourself, you are capable of standing on your own two feet regardless of the challenges life throws at you or how the future turns out. By building a life where you value yourself and are confident in your ability to care for yourself, regardless if you aren’t alone, you may give yourself the magnificent gift of freedom, and to top it off you are putting you FIRST!

  • Meditate 
  • Journal
  • Take yourself on dates
  • Do things you want to do! Even if no one wants to go with you, GO out and do it!!! 

 

Know your purpose

Becoming clear or having a clear vision of where you want to be or go makes you one step closer to knowing your purpose. Get a clear answer of where you envision yourself and then use it as a guide when you start to make decisions for the future in your life. Even if you might not be certain how these desires will manifest, if you are clear about them, your desired life is more likely to materialize. Be clear and able to articulate why you want to change, and then get to work by changing yourself into the woman you want to be.

  • Make a list of things that you want to change whether it’s your clothes, daily routines, finances, anything that you know will bring you a step closer to becoming HER! Then when you have your list make sure to truly act on it and become dedicated to becoming your higher self!  

 

Your body is your temple

Without a physically capable body, our minds are limited in what they can accomplish. Although there are always exceptions, maintaining good health is not a vanity goal. You give yourself more time to enjoy life more fully and competently by choosing to maintain your physical fitness and by being aware about what you eat and how it fuels your body.

Learning to say NO

Saying no to things that won’t improve your life is a lot simpler when you are aware of what you can accomplish and what will. Even though nobody likes to be told “no,” exercising this power shows that you value yourself. Learning to say no allows us to create a bond within ourselves that lets you trust yourself into prioritizing yourself and setting boundaries that make you feel safe and trusted with yourself!

Working hard and taking risks

Nothing great has ever happened spontaneously without effort. Recognize that there can be hiccups along the way, and you might need to change your course along the way. The woman you want to be is already inside of you, all she needs is for you to have the guts to let her out into the world. Find the strength to embody her.
